The RA Minister of Health Anahit Avanesyan received the delegation led by the UN Resident Coordinator in Armenia Shombi Sharp.
The guests discussed with the Minister issues of cooperation with UN agencies in the field of health, as well as further actions.
"We are grateful for the support provided so far in the fight against coronavirus disease, which has been targeted. We appreciate the joint work and new opportunities for cooperation", said Anahit Avanesyan.
Shombi Sharp in his turn also spoke about the war and the solution to the problems that arose as a result. The parties also discussed issues related to the selection of the coronavirus vaccines.
Summing up the meeting, the participants noted that many reforms have been made in the field of the fight against coronavirus, and the previously started programs should be completed.
