Today, the First President of the Republic of Armenia Levon Ter-Petrosyan hosted the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Armenia Sergey Kopirkin at his home.
During the one-and-a-half-hour conversation, a number of issues of mutual interest in the context of Armenian-Russian relations were touched upon, including the urgent need for the return of prisoners of war held in Azerbaijan, which would greatly contribute to the improvement of public mood in both Artsakh and Armenia and the clarification of further steps in the regional settlement.
