By the patriarchal decision of the Catholicos of All Armenians, on January 21, Bishop Vrtanes Abrahamyan was appointed Primate of the Artsakh Diocese, resigning from the post of the spiritual leader of the RA Armed Forces.
Reverend Enovk Yesayan has been appointed acting spiritual leader of the RA Armed Forces.
To note - by the patriarchal decision of Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II, on January 21, Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan was appointed patriarchal nuncio with special assignments, resigning from the post of Primate of the Artsakh Diocese.
