On January 19, the President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan convened an extended working consultation on the draft law "On the State Budget of the Artsakh Republic for 2021". This was reported by the Central Information Department of the President's Office.
The State Minister, Minister of Finance Grigory Martirosyan presented the draft law "On the state budget for 2021", noting that the budget was prepared taking into account the consequences of the epidemic and the war.
Touching upon the draft, the President Harutyunyan stressed that the budget policy of 2021 should mainly have a security and social orientation.
