Today, on January 17, on the mound near the road leading to Chakaten village of Syunik region, on the initiative of Mher Avetisyan, Assistant to the Mayor of Kapan, the highest Armenian tricolor in Armenia, 30 meters high and with a surface of 40 square meters, was solemnly raised by the mayor Gorg Parsyan.
