The Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan informed that the round-the-clock electricity supply has been restored in the all settlements of Artsakh.
"The works aimed at ensuring the regular supply of electricity have also been completed in the Berdashen sub-region of the Martuni region. Thus, we can state that the round-the-clock electricity supply has been restored in the all the settlements of the Republic, and it remains to finally settle the issue of providing the appropriate capacity. The gas supply has also been completely restored, and there is still considerable work to be done in the field of communication and telecommunications.
As a result of the hostilities, almost all of Artsakh's power supply substations and many sections of the network were destroyed or damaged. However, due to the dedicated and professional work of the system staff, even in the hot war conditions, it has been possible to guarantee a stable electricity supply in most of the settlements. We are deeply grateful to all the employees of the infrastructure systems who, ignoring all the dangers and difficulties, provided the living conditions in Artsakh even at the cost of their lives", the Artsakh President said.
