The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia informs that as of 11:40, on January 17, a total of 164,586 cases of coronavirus disease have been confirmed, of whom 152,772 have recovered and 2,992 are fatal. At present 8,093 patients are being treated for coronavirus. In total 623,311 tests have been performed.
On January 17, 351 new positive cases have been registered, 157 have recovered, 5 deaths. 2,607 tests have been performed yesterday.
1 death was reported the previous day when the patient was diagnosed with a coronavirus infection, but died of another illness. The total number of such cases is 729.
