The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) does not publish statistics on Armenian captives in Azerbaijan.
Zara Amatuni, the head of the organization's communication programs in Armenia, told "Lurer" that as a neutral mediator, they continue to meet with families and authorities to verify information about the detainees, and then try to get confirmation from the parties.
In individual cases, the Committee works with the families of the captives.
