Recently, the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin donated 4 excavators to the RA Ministry of Defense and the Artsakh capital Stepanakert, which were purchased through the efforts of the Armenian Diocese of Germany and funds raised by the Armenian communities of Halle, Leipzig and Hamburg.
