Early this morning in Gyumri, together with Yeghishe Kirakosyan, the representative of the Republic of Armenia to the European Court of Human Rights, we had meetings with the families of our servicemen from Shirak, who were captured by the Azerbaijani armed forces after the end of hostilities. The RA Ombudsman Arman Tatoyan wrote about it on Facebook.
"Issues related to the protection of the rights of captive Armenian servicemen were discussed", he said.
