The special medical unit of the Russian peacekeeping contingent continues to provide assistance to the people of Artsakh. Specialists assisted more than 250 residents in Martakert. The RF Ministry of Defense informs about this.
It is mentioned that medical assistance is provided to the locals in the mobile hospitals located in Stepanakert and Martakert. Medical brigades have also been formed to provide medical assistance to residents of remote areas.
More than 1,200 residents, including 157 children, have received medical treatment since the start of the hospitals.
The special purpose medical unit of the Russian peacekeeping force employs more than 60 medical specialists, including military surgeons, anesthesiologists, therapists and epidemiologists.
