"The Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is not yet fully resolved", said the Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan after a trilateral meeting with yhe Russian President Vladimir Putin and the Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
"There are still many issues that need to be resolved, and one of those issues is the status of Nagorno Karabakh. Armenia is ready to continue negotiations within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group", he said.
Nikol Pashinyan also touched upon the issue of prisoners of war still being held in Azerbaijan. "Unfortunately, today we could not reach a final agreement on the exchange of prisoners of war. This is the most sensitive, the most painful issue. We have agreed that we will continue working in that direction", Pashinyan said, adding that point 8 of the November 9 trilateral statement is not fully implemented.
"I hope we will be able to reach concrete decisions in the short term", he said.
