In all its actions in the Karabakh issue, Russia has been guided by the principles of the OSCE Minsk Group, the Russian President Vladimir Putin stated during a meeting with Ilham Aliyev and Nikol Pashinyan.
"I would like to emphasize that Russia sought to follow the basic principles of the OSCE Minsk Group in all its actions. We regularly coordinate our actions with our partners and the Minsk Group co-chairs", Putin said.
