Logistics specialists have built a block-modular settlement in the village of Berdashen in Artsakh. This was reported on the website of the RF Ministry of Defense.
The Russia's Deputy Defense Minister, Army General Dmitry Bulgakov, has been told that 60 people will live in the new modular settlement. It was built for the servicemen of the Russian peacekeeping contingent in order to create a comfortable life and living conditions in Artsakh.
Earlier, logistics specialists of the Russian Ministry of Defense built two block-modular settlements in Stepanakert and Getavan.
Such settlements are fully autonomous structures, which are equipped with all the necessary life support systems, as well as with furniture and household appliances.
In each settlement there is a gym with artificial turf, a bath, a medical center, a dryer, a laundry room, a rest room, an office, a warehouse, a canteen and a grocery store.
Block-modular settlements can be used both in low temperature regions and in countries with warm climates.
