The cases of servicemen and civilians captured in Azerbaijan to be presented to the European Court of Human Rights have been compiled according to the rules of evidence.
In a conversation with "Lurer", Artak Zeynalyan, the representative of the captives in the European Court, said that they were defending the rights of 80 people captured in Azerbaijan within the framework of urgent measures of saving their lives and repatriating them.
