The Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Artsakh Republic Hayk Khanumyan made a post on Facebook, informing that today in Stepanakert he met with a group of community heads of Kashatagh region.
"We discussed practical steps to establish and operate in different communities of Artsakh. My interlocutors considered that it is necessary to make a quick transition from different social programs to development programs.
These are communities that have provided the highest percentages of reservists, participated in the war with all resources, and before the war were successful, especially in the field of agriculture. Active, enterprising, non-depressing people are the builders of future victory", Khanumyan wrote.
