Accompanied by Russian peacekeepers, more than 47,650 displaced Artsakh residents returned to their homes in Artsakh, according to the Russian Defense Ministry. The Russian peacekeepers accompanied the next convoy of Artsakh people returning to Artsakh from the territory of the Republic of Armenia. 178 people were transported by bus from Yerevan to Stepanakert.
In total, 47,653 displaced Artsakh returned to their permanent residence in Artsakh.
The Russian peacekeepers ensure the safe return of civilians, provide humanitarian assistance and restore civilian infrastructure.
