The specialists of the International Demining Center of the RF Ministry of Defense continue demining in Artsakh. This was reported by the Russian Defense Ministry.
During demining and clearing of the suburbs of Stepanakert, Russian peacekeepers use modern Uran-6 robotic systems, which allows to ensure the safety of servicemen during explosive operations and maintain a high rate of clearing the area in any weather conditions.
During the operation since November 23, 2020, the engineering units of the Russian peacekeeping forces cleared more than 414.6 hectares of land, more than 160 km of roads, 617 residential buildings, including 20 social facilities, from unexploded ordnance. About 19 thousand explosive devices were neutralized.
