By the decree of the Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan, Masis Mailyan has been appointed ambassador on special assignments. This was reported by the Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President.
To remind - by the decree of the President of Artsakh, Masis Mailyan had been relieved of the post of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Artsakh Republic, by another decree, Davit Babayan was appointed to the same post, resigning from the post of the President's Adviser.
