"The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) on December 15, 16, 21, 22, 30 upheld our applications and decided to apply measures on the cases of 23 people". The Human rights activist Artak Zeynalyan wrote about it on Facebook.
"Our allegations of the capture or arrest of these individuals are based on a number of pieces of evidence, including videos.
The European Court of Human Rights has requested documented information from the Government of Azerbaijan on the fact of their detention, their location, conditions of detention and medical care. The court set deadlines accordingly for providing the required information.
Thus, the applications submitted by us to the European Court protect the rights of 80 servicemen and arrested civilians. 18 of them have already returned to the homeland", Zeynalyan wrote.
