The Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan made a post on Facebook, which is presented below.
"Dear compatriots,
As it was reported yesterday, the Russian Federation has provided Armenia with 10 million euros free of charge to co-finance individual financial assistance measures for the forcibly displaced people of Artsakh.
In addition to the enormous efforts of all Armenians and the governments of Armenia and Artsakh, Russia's continued humanitarian assistance greatly alleviates many of our citizens' social issues.
On behalf of the Artsakh Armenians, I once again express my gratitude to the Russian authorities, personally to the President Vladimir Putin, for this important financial support and for the large-scale humanitarian programs and peacekeeping mission in Artsakh in general.
Taking this opportunity, I would also like to thank all the countries and organizations that have supported us. I have spoken many times about the unconditional support of the Armenians and expressed my gratitude and pride.
Artsakh will never forget. May the mighty Blessing of God be with you all, and may the coming year be free of new calamities”.
