Director of the State Emergency Service of the Artsakh Republic, Major General Karen Sargsyan sent a congratulatory message on the occasion of the professional day of the employee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation. The message, in particular, reads:
"Dear employees of the Rescue Service,
On behalf of the entire staff of the State Emergency Service of the Artsakh Republic and myself, I warmly congratulate you on the Day of the Rescue Service employee of the Russian Federation.
The mission of the rescuer is humanitarian and our work is aimed solely at saving human lives, fighting and preventing natural and man-made disasters. This is the task before us in life. Therefore, the daily work of rescuers deserves deep respect.
We are also grateful to the peacekeeping mission staff, who support the security in every possible way. The sapper detachments of the RF Ministry of Defense together with the sapper groups of Artsakh continue to find and destroy unexploded ordnance, ensuring the security of the citizens.
