Russia has transferred 2 million Swiss francs to the International Committee of the Red Cross to resolve the humanitarian consequences of the Artsakh conflict, the Russian Foreign Ministry reported.
It is noted that this direction has become one of the priorities of effective cooperation between the Russian Federation and the ICRC, RIA Novosti reports.
"We are ready for further cooperation with the Red Cross and we hope that the ICRC will continue to work effectively in the areas under its mandate", the ministry also said.
