On New Year's Eve, the "Yerevan, My Love" Foundation organized an interactive event for several dozen children displaced from Hadrut and taken refuge in Armenia. Within the framework of the event, the children got acquainted with the Armenian literary and cultural heritage, demonstrated their knowledge, met with Santa Claus.
Hrayr Ghambaryan, director of the "Yerevan My Love" Foundation, noted that it is especially important to return childhood and the New Year miracle to children who have seen war and were displaced as a result. "Despite the evils and hardships they have seen this year, the children's expectations remain the same. Therefore, we decided to inspire them with this small event and assure them that everything will be fine", Hrayr Ghambaryan said.
At the end of the event, Santa Claus handed presents to the children.
During the first days of the war, the "Yerevan My Love" Foundation came up with another initiative, providing psychological support to children displaced from Artsakh.
