The RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan summed up the measures taken to restore the normal life of Artsakh after the hostilities.
"The first is the program of assistance to citizens registered in Artsakh. About 87 thousand beneficiaries benefit from this program, and the government has allocated 6.4 billion drams for this purpose. The next is the program to support residents of communities outside Artsakh's control. We have 2,000 beneficiaries here, the government has allocated about 600 million drams. We have made a decision to allocate money to the Artsakh government to pay pensions and benefits for December 2012, within the framework of which about 940 million drams have been allocated.
We have allocated about 3.1 billion drams to the Artsakh government to pay the December salaries of state employees in Artsakh. We have allocated about 1 billion drams for the utility payments of the population of Artsakh for the last three months", the Prime Minister said. According to him, in addition to those programs, which are within the framework of the road map published by him, the Government has approved 8 more programs.
According to the PM, the programs are underway and reports on their implementation will be submitted soon.
