"The Determining the status of Nagorno Karabakh requires additional negotiations. We certainly expect an increase in the efforts of the OSCE, France, the United States and other countries involved in the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict", Valentina Matvienko, Speaker of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, told reporters.
Matvienko added that the Russian side did not allow further escalation of the conflict and new human losses.
