The RA Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan is on a working visit to Moscow. Arman Tatoyan stated this in a Facebook post.
"The main purpose of the visit is to facilitate the return of our captives from Azerbaijan. Taking into account the peculiarity of the topic, the details of the visit and meetings will not be published", Tatoyan wrote.
