The Ombudsman of the Artsakh Republic Artak Beglaryan stated at a press conference that the closed reports on war crimes were sent to international organizations, foreign states, as well as to the authorized bodies of Armenia and Artsakh.
There was mainly silence from international organizations, Beglaran said.
"Interest was shown only in specific cases. For example, Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International and several other well-known organizations have already started visiting or conducting remote research, in the framework of which they really need the results of our fact-finding activities", Beglaryan said.
The UN and CoE Commissioners for Human Rights are constantly conducting research, monitoring the processes, the reports are being studied, but in general, the parties are presented equally in statements, Beglaryan mentioned.
