During the day, the Russian peacekeepers ensured the safe return of 351 deportees from Armenia to Artsakh. In total, 42,718 people have returned to their former places of residence in Artsakh since November 14.
The specialists of the Russian peacekeeping contingent continue demining the territory of Artsakh. During one day, engineering exploration and demining works were carried out in Stepanakert. 15 hectare area was cleared, 4.6 km road and 11 buildings were inspected, 307 explosive devices were found and destroyed. In general, 262.97 hectares of land, 99.9 km of roads, 434 residential buildings were cleared of unexploded ordnance during demining in Artsakh, 8,618 explosive devices were found and destroyed.
The Russian peacekeeping force, in cooperation with the representatives of the ICRC and the RF MES, continues to search and transfer the bodies of those killed during the hostilities in Artsakh.
