During the enlarged sitting of the board of the RF Ministry of Defense, the Russian Minister of Defense Sergey Shoigu stated that 2 military settlements for 330 servicemen have already been established in Artsakh.
"By April 1 next year, we will form 32 settlements. As a result, all the necessary conditions for service and life will be created for the peacekeeping troops", Shoigu said, according to RIA Novosti.
