Specialists of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations unloaded seven railway wagons transporting humanitarian aid, the NKR Emergency Situations Service reported. Humanitarian aid will be distributed to different settlements in the region.
This is the third batch of humanitarian aid provided by the Russian Federation. At this moment, 9 out of 54 wagons have arrived. Earlier it was reported that the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations will send 1.2 thousand tons of humanitarian aid to the Artsakh Republic in 54 wagons.
