On December 19, 7 railway wagons arrived in Artsakh with humanitarian aid. It includes 300 cubic meters of timber and a platform with a truck crane, the press service of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations reports.
The aid has already been sent to Stepanakert. This is the second part of the humanitarian aid. At the moment, in total, 9 out of 54 wagons have already arrived in Artsakh.
