On December 18, the RA Minister of Defense visited the RA Southeastern border zone. Vagharshak Harutyunyan followed the combat duty on the new lines, talked to the commanders and servicemen.
In particular, Minister Harutyunyan visited the areas where the distance between the Armenian and Azerbaijani positions is, in some cases, only 100 meters.
The Minister of Defense paid special attention to the living conditions of the newly created and equipped positions, the trench infrastructure for the personnel on combat duty.
The Commander of the military unit, Major General Jirayr Poghosyan noted that the volume of work is gradually increasing and will become more intensive, especially in the spring.
The Minister of Defense also gave instructions to the commanders of the subdivisions on combat duty.
