"In total, 54 wagons with a total weight of about 1,200 tons of cargo will arrive in the region in the near future, including construction materials, power stations, fire trucks and household items. Everything, that is urgently needed by the affected residents", the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations said in a statement.
