The Russian peacekeepers continue to accompany the next column of buses transporting the displaced people from the territory of the Republic of Armenia to Nagorno Karabakh. This was reported by the RF Ministry of Defense.
It is noted that the buses left Yerevan for Stepanakert, taking 647 people to Nagorno Karabakh.
"The servicemen of the Russian peacekeeping contingent ensure the safe return of citizens to their places of permanent residence, provide humanitarian assistance, and restore civilian infrastructure", the statement said.
In total, about 40,300 Artsakhis have returned to their former places of residence since November 14.
