The servicemen of the Russian peacekeeping unit provided humanitarian aid to the town of Martakert with basic necessities and food. This was reported by the RF Ministry of Defense.
Humanitarian aid was provided to people returning home and in need. More than a hundred families received assistance.
With the support of Russian peacekeepers, infrastructure rehabilitation work continues in the affected areas. In particular, the rehabilitation works of the power supply lines in the western part of Shushi have been completed. Electricity was restored in 24 settlements, where about 10,000 people live.
In Stepanakert and Martakert, military doctors continue to provide medical assistance to the population. So far, 529 citizens have been treated, including 63 children.
