The servicemen of the International Demining Center of the RF Ministry of Defense continue the engineering search and demining works in Artsakh, in the area of responsibility of the Russian peacekeeping forces.
The Most of the explosive devices encountered during demining are artillery shells, mines, hand grenades. This was reported by the RF Ministry of Defense.
Over the past day, Russian peacekeepers also carried out engineering reconnaissance and demining of the area, clearing 1.5 km of roads. The detected explosives are transported to a specially equipped test site. This time 189 explosive devices were destroyed there by the blast.
In Artsakh, the engineering units of the Russian peacekeeping forces cleared a total of more than 156 hectares of land, about 40 km of roads, 375 residential buildings and social facilities, found and neutralized about 5 thousand explosive objects.
