The actions of the Azerbaijani armed forces have clearly violated not only the highest-level political agreements, but also posed vital threats, especially to the population of the village of Hin Shen, including a group of children and women. Artsakh Ombudsman Artak Beglaryan stated this after getting acquainted with the situation on the spot.
He added that some units of the Defense Army and Russian peacekeeping troops are monitoring the situation on the ground, due to which no incidents have been reported, but more serious efforts are needed to resolve the issue and expel Azerbaijani servicemen from those settlements.
"The main problem at the moment is that our citizens are in the village of Hin Shen, as if they do not want to leave the village. There have been cases when they were able to leave, but there were some restrictions on entry and exit. Naturally, they want the Azerbaijanis to leave and no problem will be created", Artak Beglaryan said.
