On 14 December in Yerevan the President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan also met the 44 military and civilian captives, returned to Armenia.
"I reaffirm that finding out the fate of all our missing compatriots, finding the bodies of the victims and handing them over to the relatives remain the most urgent issues on our agenda", the Artsakh President wrote on Facebook.
