An Azerbaijani man who was found in Berdavan community of Tavush region has been arrested.
In a conversation with 1lurer.am, the NSS press center informed that the person was charged with crossing the state border of the Republic of Armenia without the required documents or without proper permission, according to the Article 329, Part 1, of the RA Criminal Code.
"The investigator submitted a motion to the court to choose detention as a measure of restraint, the motion was upheld", the NSS press center said.
