Russian peacekeepers used the "Uran-6" complex during the demining of Stepanakert airport. Specialists of the Russian military unit of the peacekeeping forces continue working on demining the territory of Artsakh.
During the demining of one of the areas near Stepanakert airport, the sappers used the "Uran-6" multifunctional robotic complex. Its use ensures the complete safety of the staff and allows to increase the efficiency of the work of clearing the area from explosives.
During the day, engineering exploration and demining works were carried out in the area of Stepanakert-Shushi road and Ajapnyak street of Stepanakert. In total, the engineering subdivisions cleared more than 80 hectares of land in Artsakh, 24.8 km of roads, 168 residential buildings and 6 objects of social significance, 4577 explosives were found and neutralized.
Russian peacekeepers continue to ensure the safe return of civilians to their places of permanent residence. They provide humanitarian assistance and rehabilitate civil engineering infrastructure. With their help, the restoration of vital engineering communications continues in the war-torn areas.
