The ceasefire regime in Nagorno Karabakh is fully maintained. The statement came from Dmitry Perepyolkin, deputy head of the Russian peacekeeping center in Nagorno-Karabakh, TACC reports.
"The situation in the peacekeeping zone is calm. No ceasefire violations or provocations were reported. The peacekeeping corps is monitoring the implementation of ceasefire agreements on the line of contact of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict forces in accordance with the set tasks", he said.
Perepyolkin noted that Russian peacekeepers are monitoring the ceasefire at 23 checkpoints. Patrol is carried out on the line of contact and in the Lachin corridor, the movement of the civilian population is ensured.
Russian peacekeepers continue to ensure the return of displaced people to their homes, provide humanitarian assistance to them, and restore civilian infrastructure. It is mentioned that more than 36,000 people returned to Nagorno Karabakh.
