The Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said in the parliament that the return of refugees was one of the key principles in the whole negotiation process on the settlement of the Artsakh issue.
To the question - whether the Prime Minister has changed his approach to the format of the settlement of the Artsakh problem - to be be acceptable for all parties?, Pashinyan answered. "Yes, I continue to believe that the settlement of the Karabakh conflict must be acceptable to the peoples of Artsakh, Armenia and Azerbaijan. As for the other issues, these are negotiation nuances that need to be clarified during the negotiations.
I can not say that we did everything perfectly and correctly, but I am surprised that many forces and people, who were in power in Armenia, claim that they did everything right. Yes, we have failed because in 2.5 years we have not managed to do what has not been done in the last 20 years.
But we are ready and will stand before the judgment of the people. Because, yes, the people must and have the right to judge", said the Prime Minister.
