The RA Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Anna Naghdalyan presented on her Facebook page the speech of the RA Foreign Minister Ara Ayvazian at the meeting with media representatives in Moscow.
"Turkey, as the main instigator and inspirer of the Azerbaijani aggression against the people of Artsakh, continues to pursue a destructive policy in the region.
This obliges the international community to use all possible levers to force Turkey to refrain from actions that could exacerbate tensions.
Turkey must withdraw its armed forces personnel and allied armed terrorist groups from the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone and the South Caucasus in general. There are no clear signals for the withdrawal of foreign militants.
On the contrary, there is reliable information that Azerbaijan plans to expand the geography of the spread of armed terrorists and mercenaries and resettle them in the occupied regions of Artsakh", said Ara Ayvazian.
