Today, December 7, the President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan visited the Stepanakert city memorial and paid tribute to the memory of the innocent victims of the 1988 Spitak earthquake.
The President was accompanied by the Secretary of the Artsakh Security Council Vitaly Balasanyan.
