According to the first program of support for the Armenians of Artsakh, there are 80,000 approved applications, the sum of 25,000 citizens has been transferred. The RA Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Mesrop Arakelyan stated this.
According to him, the government has already approved five programs to help the victims of the war.
