The community of San Giorgio di Nogaro has recognized the Armenian Genocide of 1915-1916. The Armenian Embassy in Italy informs about this.
"Thank you, San Giorgio di Nogaro, for standing by universal values, such as truth, justice. Thank you for solidarity with the Armenian people", the statement said.
