The EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Vice-President of the European Commission Josep Borrell addressed the 27th session of the OSCE Ministerial Council. He referred, in particular, to the South Caucasus region, as well as the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, noting that the conflict should be settled within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group.
"Therefore, we welcome the negotiating version of the OSCE Chairmen Council for the settlement of the conflict. Establishing stability in the OSCE area is a priority for the EU. We will continue to focus our tools and policies on achieving these goals", said Josep Borrell.
