The RA Ombudsman Arman Tatoyan made a post on his Facebook page, stating that today he presented to the heads of all diplomatic missions and international organizations in Armenia the inhuman treatment towards the Armenian military and civilians, by the Azerbaijani armed forces. Tatoyan also has presented evidence and analysis to them.
"It is obvious that the Azerbaijani authorities are artificially delaying this process, creating obstacles in order to increase tensions in the Armenian society and cause mental suffering. I have stated that my Artsakh colleague, Human Rights Defender Artak Beglaryan, has the same conviction.
Together with the Armenian Foreign Minister, we have substantiated that the main issue today is the return of our captive compatriots and the exchange of the bodies of the victims", he wrote.
