The Speaker of the Artsakh Republic Vahram Poghosyan made a post on Facebook, particularly noting:
"After several days of almost round-the-clock works, the telephone communication was finally restored in Artsakh.
The process was carried out with the direct support of Russian peacekeepers. And according to the statement made by the Artsakh President today, at the beginning of the year the RA communication operators will enter Artsakh and will provide services of the same quality and price without roaming".
